Destitution

Once, someone asked Hatim Tai " Is a person exists in this world who is more generous than you." He said “ yes, one day I slaughtered forty camels, and I allowed everyone to get as much meat as one can. A huge crowd of people had come to my Durbar.
  At the same time, I had to go to the jungle for a work. When I reached there, I saw an old man carrying a heavy bundle of woods. I asked him that why he never went to my Durbar. He replied “ Why a person is destitute if he can earn by himself."
